Bangladesh picked up two quick wickets to send back Matt Prior and skipper Andrew Strauss back to the pavilion in quick succession in a World Cup Group B clash at Chittagong on Friday.

Matt Prior was cunningly stumped by Mushfiqur Rahim on the bowling of Abdur Razzak for 15 and soon Naeem Islam scalped Andrew Strauss for 18 when he gave a simple catch to Zunaed Siddique.

Earlier, Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan won the toss and elected to bowl.

Mahmudullah comes in place of Mohammad Ashraful for Bangladesh and England go into the match with three changes from the side that beat the South Africans as Eoin Morgan, Paul Collingwood and Ajmal Shehzad have been included in the playing eleven.

England are currently placed second in Group B with 5 points whereas Bangladesh are languishing at 6th place just ahead of the Netherlands.

While England recovered brilliantly from their shock defeat against Ireland by toppling South Africa in a low scoring affair, the Bangladeshis were woeful in their previous fixture against the West Indies when they were bowled out for 58.
